Balance Ball
A series of fun yet challenging exercises using a stability
exercise ball to enhance abdominal strength, flexibility,
balance and posture.
Beginner/Easy Running Group
In this class, runners will go distances between
3 and 5 miles,
depending on ability. No runner is
left behind!
Body Sculpt
Come join us for a session of bone-density
building exercises
that also shape and define
your body! If the idea of using
strength machines
by yourself does not appeal to you, then
this is
your class! Though cardio is great exercise and
very
good for you, body sculpting will help you accomplish your
desired wellness goals by balancing your current exercise
program.
Cardio Choice
A surprise cardio format each class. You will enjoy step, hi/lo,
kickbox, etc. each week.
Cardio Kickbox
Release the day’s tension and burn lots of
calories in this choreographed
and freestyle
group exercise class! There will be
lots of
punching and kicking routines coupled with traditional
aerobic exercises.
Cycle Training
An intermittent cycling class that is designed to
get your
heart rate into a target range depending upon your age and
physical condition. We use music, spin bicycles and positive
coaching
methods, including visualization, to help you
achieve
the maximum results from your workout. Remember to
bring your towel and water

Drums Alive® is the most unique fitness/wellness program
extravaganza to hit the market in years!

The choreographies are designed to burn fat, improve physical
and mental fitness and above all, be fun! Drums Alive® is full of

Fitness Cycle
A great workout that is fun, effective and easy to learn! A
customized stationary racing bike gives
you a smooth workout
for beginner or advanced cyclists. Learn how to incorporate
the use of heart rate monitors to get a safe and effective
cardiovascular workout. Don’t forget your water

Gravity Group
Using the Gravity Training System, you will move through a
high intensity muscular strength and endurance routine for a

Silver Sneakers® II - Cardio Circuit
Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and
muscular endurance power
with a standing circuit workout.
Upper body
strength work with hand-held weights, elastic
tubing with handles and a ball is alternated with
non-impact
choreography. A chair is offered for support, tretching and
relaxation exercises.
Step
A high energy cardio class using the step bench
to intensify
your workout. You can customize your intensity with the
addition of risers.
Zen Sculpt
A dynamic strengthening class that utilizes
weights, bands, the
body and principles of yoga
and pilates.
Combo Classes
20/20/20 AM & PM
This class is composed of 20 minutes each of various
cardio formats (hi/lo aerobics, kickbox,
etc.), body sculpt and
stretching. All fitness levels welcomed.
Boot Camp
This high intensity interval class uses your body
and calisthenics,
along with jump ropes, weights, and other equipment, to
bring your workout to the next level!
Core & More
A low-impact workout that focuses on your “powerhouse.”
You will work all aspects of the
core muscles using different
props which will consistently challenge you to increase your
fitness level.
Sculpt-n-Stretch
Come and join us for an hour of shaping our
bodies and
increasing flexibility while promoting healthy bones.
Mind and Body
Yoga
All fitness levels are encouraged to explore yoga poses in
order to decrease stress and increase flexibility. You will feel
refreshed, restored and reenergized.
Beginning Yoga
This class introduces students to a practice that integrates
balance, stretching, strengthening
and breath awareness.
Intermediate Yoga
This class covers more advanced yoga exercises
for those
who want a little bit more of a challenge than the beginning
yoga class.
Express Yoga*
This half hour class is for those who are short on time, but in
need of an effective workout. Come
join us for meditation,
breath work/pranayama, postures (asanas) and relaxation. All
levels welcome!
Power Yoga
Vigorous class for the physically active. Build strength, flexibility
and endurance with correct alignment. Enjoy breathing,
stretching and
moving along a flowing sequence of asanas
(poses).
Silver Sneakers®Yoga Stretch
Yoga Stretch will move your whole body through
a complete
series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is
offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to
increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative
breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote
stress reduction and mental clarity.
Yoga for Relaxation
Come unwind the day, relax and de-stress in this yoga class as
we practice gentle, restorative asanas (poses), breath work
and guided relaxation.
Mat Pilates
Strengthen the muscles that support the spine to bring balance
into the body. When muscles become unbalanced, they
can cause joint pain and other body aches and pains. Pilates
was developed to help realign the spine to decrease tension,
increase flexibility and strengthen the body from the inside out.
Intermediate Mat Pilates
This class covers more advanced pilates exercises for those
who have built a foundation with our regular pilates class.
TaiChi
This class is often described as meditation in motion
because it promotes serenity through gentle movements,
connecting the mind and the body. This graceful form of
exercise can help reduce stress with regular practice.

Dance Fitness
Beginning Ballroom, Swing and Latin
You will learn to do such dances as the Fox Trot, Waltz, Tango,
Rumba, Samba, Mambo, ChaCha and Swing. Casual dress and
no sneakers.

Latin Dance
This class is for those with prior dance experience.

Tribal Bellydance
Students will learn basic isolations, hip movements, arm paths,
shimmies, traveling steps and basic undulations,
all in an easy-to-follow format that will allow
them to build a strong foundation in the beautiful art of
Belly Dancing.
Zumba
This class combines high-energy and motivating music with
unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participants
to dance away their worries. Add some spice and flare
to your workout and shake your cha-cha! This latin-based
group exercise class is fun and easy to do. No dance experience
required!
Beginner Classes
Intro to Cycle
This is a beginning level cycle class that will introduce you to
the basics of cycle. Please sign-up at the Wellness Desk 30

Intro to Gravity
Participants will learn how to use the Gravity machines and
many of the basic exercise positions of the class. Class will

Pre/Post Natal Classes
Mommies-To-Be
A low impact class that includes walking, stretching and toning
to prepare the expectant mother for childbirth and postpartum
recovery.
Stroller Aerobics
Bring your babies and preschoolers for this fun, high-energy
cardio and calisthenics workout using free-weights, bands and
balls. Bring a stroller with brakes.
Instructor Certification Courses
The YMCA developed the first nationally recognized
fitness leadership program in 1974 and has continued to train

Massage Therapy
Here at the YMCA we offer our members great massages at
great prices! Whether you’re interested in Swedish, Deep Tissue,
Chair, Hot Stone or Pregnancy massage amongst others,
our Licensed Massage Therapists will create a session just for

service is for full members only.

Nutrition Consultations
How you eat has a profound effect on your ability to maintain
your weight, as well as your overall energy level and health.
Work with one of our Registered Dieticians and Nutritionists
on staff to meet your nutritional needs, whether it’s weight
loss, training for a specific event, weight gain, reducing body fat
or overall improvement of your health. Cost is $40/session.
Diabetes Nutrition and Nutrition 101 are 4-week programs.

Get F.I.T.
(Fitness with Individualized Training)
If you’re ready to be fit and need some help getting started,
this is the program for you! In this 7 week program, we will
set SMART goals to achieve a healthy lifestyle. Your trainer
will help to facilitate change, develop action plans, and offer
exercise accountability.
Sessions: 7 week program
Days/Times: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
10:30 - 11:30 a.m.
Fees: $60/session for members
$120/session for non-members
W.O.W. (Women on Weights)
This group training course is designed to teach women
several strength training exercises for each body part using
physio balls, dumbbells, body weight, bands, and tubing.
Sessions: 7 week program
Days/Times: Monday, Wednesday, Friday at
8:00 - 9:00 a.m.
Fees: Members pricing -
$20 for one day a week per session
$40 for two days a week per session
$60 for three days a week per session

Gravity Pilates Personal Training
One-on-one training with a certified pilates instructor using
the Gravity Training System. Starts at $30/hour.
Private Yoga Lessons
Working individually with one of our certified Yoga
instructors allows you to learn and practice your yoga
program at your own pace and within your own range.
Each session is designed to accommodate your specific
requests, concerns and limitations. Starts at $30/hour.
Personal Training
This service provides one-on-one training with a certified
instructor who can assess your current strength and
flexibility levels and customize a program just for you. These
workouts will incorporate free weights, dumbbells, ab exercises,
indoor track and much more. Individual Personal Training
prices start at $30/hour and for two people it is a flat rate

Room for Groups
This room, located upstairs near the indoor track, offers a
private training to groups of 3 to 8 people at a time. Led by a
certified personal trainer, these one hour sessions are
designed to offer our members the value of personal training
with a reduced cost.
3 people x $25.00 = $75.00 per hour
4 people x $20.00 = $80.00 per hour
5 people x $16.00 = $80.00 per hour
6 people x $13.35 = $80.00 per hour
