Drop-in adult health and wellness classes are open to members age 14 and over. Unless otherwise specified, classes are free for members and $5.00 for a day pass. Health and Wellness schedules are available at the front desk.

 

ADULT GROUP HEALTH AND WELLNESS CLASSES

Active Older Adults (AOA)
This class is perfect for any Active Older Adult or participants at any fitness level who are interested
in getting or staying healthy. This class includes
30 minutes of low-impact aerobics and stretching.

Circuit Training
A high intensity workout designed to challenge
your cardiovascular fitness, strength and
endurance. The class uses a cross-training
format while incorporating plyometrics, resistance training, core conditioning, teamwork, outdoor fun (weather permitting), and a whole lot more!

Core and More
This fun class tones our most valuable assets
using weights, bands and more.

Cardio Choice
A fun class, perfect for anyone who loves variety. Changing it up each week, the instructor will
motivate you through kickboxing, step, hi/lo,
cardio ball, circuit training, or other types of
cardiovascular exercise.

Cardio Sculpt
An innovative class that is based on instructor’s choice of cardio, kickboxing, interval training, step aerobics and floor with body strengthening
utilizing various strength and training equipment.

Express Cycle
An intense half-hour cycling class.

Interval Training
An interval cardio class that utilizes a variety of strength training tools such as body resistance, bands, weights and step boards to work the
entire body.

Power Pump
Come join us for a half-hour session of shaping
and defining our bodies while promoting healthy bones. After warming up, participants will engage
in 20 minutes of body sculpting followed by 10 minutes of stretching.

Step and Tone
This is a high energy class that uses the step for
a cardio workout and weights for toning.

 

Personal Services

W.O.W. (Women on Weights)
This class is designed to teach women several strength training exercises for each body part using physio balls, dumbbells, body weight, bands, and tubing.

Days/Times: Tuesday and Thursday
9:30 - 10:30 a.m.

Fees: Members pricing -
$20 for one day a week per session
$40 for two days a week per session
Program member pricing is available.

There must be a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 10 members registered for each session for Women on Weights Program to take place. A refund will be granted to those who register if program is cancelled.

*A shorter version of your favorite classes.  For those who love variety and/or are short on time.  You must warm up on your own before class.
